Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II – 1926 -2022

Cowden Parish Council joins the nation in mourning the death of our late Sovereign, Her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth II.

The passing of Queen Elizabeth II is extremely sad. She has dedicated her life and delivered extraordinary service and commitment to our country during her reign, and has touched the lives of so many people across this country – and the world. She will be greatly missed.

There will be a book of condolence during the state mourning period for members of the public to sign. This will be available at St Mary Magdalene Church, Cowden.

You can also write a message in the online book of condolence during the national mourning period.

Parish Council meetings will be rescheduled.
